Alvys Acquires LoadOps Customer Base in Strategic Partnership With Optym

Optym focuses its resources on optimization science. LoadOps customers transition to Alvys TMS with support from both companies.

SOLANA BEACH, CA, UNITED STATES, September 23, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Alvys, the AI-first TMS for carriers, brokers and hybrid companies, is acquiring the LoadOps customer base from Optym, the transportation network optimization company, as part of a strategic partnership announced today. Alvys becomes the TMS home for Optym’s existing LoadOps customers. Optym will focus its resources on its optimization products, namely LoadAi. Alvys will continue to focus on being the system of record and workflow while enabling agentic workflows through its recently launched Alvys Foundry. Both companies are excited about the added benefit to their shared install base with a shared offering, soon to be announced.

For Optym, the move sharpens the company’s focus on the optimization work it set out to do.
