Wildcat Defense, part of Wildcat Equity Partners, today announced a long-term strategic partnership with Taqtile to bring its Manifest® platform to shipyards and other businesses across Wildcat’s developing defense industrial portfolio. The partnership will combine Wildcat’s investment in American industrial capacity with technology that helps workers perform complex tasks, preserve critical expertise and improve the quality and consistency of their work.

“The American worker is at the center of what we are building at Wildcat,” said Glenn Vogel, Chief Executive Officer of Wildcat Defense. “Expanding industrial capacity starts with giving people the tools, training and support to do demanding work well. Manifest gives us a practical way to capture the knowledge of our most experienced people and put it in the hands of every worker who needs it.”

Wildcat and Taqtile plan to work alongside local teams to identify priority workflows, capture proven practices and introduce Manifest as businesses join the portfolio. The focus will be on practical, iterative improvements: helping new workers become proficient sooner, reducing avoidable rework and making specialist knowledge more accessible. Lessons from individual deployments will inform broader adoption across Wildcat’s businesses.

“We’re honored to be working with Glenn and the Wildcat team,” said Dirck Schou, CEO and Co-founder of Taqtile. “Their commitment to American workers and to the long-term strength of these businesses is exactly the kind of commitment Taqtile was built to support. We look forward to working alongside their teams for years to come, helping turn their expertise into a lasting advantage.”

The partnership builds on Taqtile’s work supporting U.S. Department of War organizations, including U.S. Navy shipyard and aviation maintenance efforts and U.S. Army maintenance and training initiatives. It extends that experience to the industrial workforce responsible for building and sustaining the equipment on which military readiness depends.

“Our work with the Navy, Army and other defense organizations has reinforced how much readiness depends on the person performing the task,” Schou added. “The same is true in the shipyards and factories that build and maintain their equipment. With Wildcat, we have an opportunity to connect those efforts and help strengthen the workforce our military depends on.”

The announcement follows Wildcat Defense’s launch and its exclusive agreement to acquire Fraser Industries, parent of Fraser Shipyards and related maritime businesses in Superior, Wisconsin. Wildcat has announced plans to invest $350 million in the yard to expand its workforce and manufacturing capacity. The Fraser transaction remains subject to closing.

“We intend to make Taqtile a lasting part of how we develop our businesses,” said Bradley Geary, Chief Workforce Officer for Wildcat Equity. “As we add companies and invest in their growth, we want Manifest to help each team improve, then carry those lessons across the portfolio. This is a shared commitment to keep investing in our people and improving how work gets done as another step in our commitment to American stewardship.”
